Returns and Satisfaction

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Once our subscription boxes and individual products open for purchase, every order will be backed by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your dog does not love the product, or if it does not perform as our team described, we will refund or replace it.
How to Request a Return
Email returns@wellgroomedpets.com with your order number and a sentence about what did not work. We aim to respond within one business day. We will provide a return label and process the refund or replacement within five business days of receiving the item.
What Qualifies
Any subscription box or individual product purchased through this site within the last 30 days qualifies. Items must be at least 50% remaining if you are returning for a refund; samples and seasonal items do not need to be returned.
Subscription Pause and Cancel
Subscriptions can be paused, skipped, or cancelled at any time from your account page. There are no minimum commitments and no fees for cancelling.
