1. What We Collect

We collect the information you give us directly: your email address when you submit a "Notify me" form, and any messages you send us. We also collect basic analytics about how the site is used (page views, device, country) through Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.

2. How We Use It

Your email is used to notify you when the products you expressed interest in become available, and only that, unless you separately opt in to a newsletter. Aggregate analytics help us improve the site.

3. Service Providers

We use the following third parties to operate the site: Vercel for hosting, Sanity for content management, Klaviyo (or another email service provider) for email notifications, Google Analytics for site usage, and Meta Pixel for conversion tracking. Each of these providers has their own privacy policy that applies when they receive your data.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to operate the site, plus analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) that help us understand how the site is used. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not work as expected if you do.

5. Your Rights

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing privacy@wellgroomedpets.com. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Data Retention

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it. Aggregate analytics data is retained for up to 26 months in line with the analytics provider’s default settings.

7. Children

Our site is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date.
